I’m a Reader in the Diocese of York, based at St Luke the Evangelist in York itself. My paid work is as Director of Lifelong Learning for the Diocese , working with a team to provide support and training for lay and ordained ministries, including acting as Warden of Lay Ministries for licensed and authorised ministers. Outside of work I sing, sew, and spend time with family.

I am an LLM  in London, and have been a trustee of the CRC for 3 years. I am a member of  its policy working group. I am the author of Practical Church Management and Church Disputes Mediation.

I’m the CRC Treasurer, and have been working in charity accounting both here in the UK and my native Sweden for the last 20 years. In my spare time, I am also the Licensed Lay Minister in one of the 2% most deprived parishes in the country, situated in north Kensington, London

I’m a Reader in the Oxford diocese, based at a church in the city of Oxford, and I’m currently Chair of the Communications Working Group.   I’m also a historian, teaching and researching ideas about religion and politics around the time of the Reformation.

I serve as LLM at Holy Trinity Sunningdale and as the East Berkshire Area Advisor for Oxford Diocese where I am also a volunteer trainer for Safeguarding Leadership Pathway and Domestic Abuse Awareness. Following my retirement from the Institute of Education, University College London, I now work as an independent consultant in education.
